Dawn Hall

I represent a direct approach to managing people and situations with a kindness and compassion. I believe strongly in a team approach to handling work responsibilities. I also believe that it is my job as a manager to leverage team member's innate gifts for the betterment of the work mission. I enjoy working in a collaborative setting to create and launch new ideas. I am very organized and have an ability to assess any situation to maximize workflow efficiencies from the beginning of the process to the final step. I am able to critically think in the moment with never loosing focus on the mission. I am deadline driven, can work independently, and will pivot when necessary to achieve all goals. I am an active listener and highly engaged. I am ethical and very dependable. I have extremely high standards; my work and performance consistently display my passion for excellence. There is nothing about my job, my beliefs, my practice, my ethics, my standards, my professionalism, and my management style that I take lightly.
