1 Year 10 Months- Instilling a love for learning has helped high risk students reach their full potential by addressing individual learning styles and building success towards the student’s knowledge. Assessments were conducted and activities were developed for each student who experience difficulty learning to read, write, and spell. Test data was interpreted and applied for specific intervention strategies. Instructional leadership was provided in multiple settings, using interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents, and team members.
