I made sure the bank received the title for every vehicle, RV & boat they financed. I provided customer service to dealers & customers on a daily basis. I had to ensure that everything on the title was correct. If it was not correct, I had to get it corrected at the state level. I knew the title specifics for each state.

• I started working at Genesee Bank when I was in High School. I started out as a file clerk as a co-op. When I graduated, I went to the Indirect Lending Department & did data entry of credit applications. Genesee Bank was bought out by NBD Bank. I then became Supervisor of the data entry people. I increased team productivity by implementing efficient workflows and setting clear expectations for staff members. I was supervisor for 5 years, and then I was promoted to loan officer. I was only a loan officer for 4 months and then I was severance due to another bank buyout by Bank One.
