Dawn McAlpine

While teaching in the Alpine Union School District, I moved from grade level or school site as population changes warranted. I like variety and new challenges. I was always willing to help out in whatever way I could.

In addition to teaching K-8 in the AUSD, I taught swimming lessons for many years to children in the Alpine community. Lessons had 4-5 children and they learned skills appropriate to their ages. Many families needed all of their children to learn and preferred the same lesson time. Instruction was tailored to each childs need(s). I taught approximately 50 kids each day for 8 weeks each summer. I loved it!

Currently I work as a Realtor and enjoy helping family and friends buy and sell real estate.
