  • Ability to work long hours doing manual labor to ensure tasks are complete.
  • Works closely with NCOIC and other Soldier support to ensure Soldiers supporting events have clear guidance and direction on the task to execute successful events.
  • Prepares food vendor applications for Special Events Branch and works with Public Health as well as Fire and Safety to ensure all procedures are followed for major events.
  • Writes award submissions for employees and soldier support that go the extra mile to execute a successful event.
  • Assist, prepare, and conduct briefs and In Progress Review (IPR).
  • Assist with preparing appraisals.
  • Prepares SITREPs and creates storyboards for events.
  • Assists GPC cardholder in preparing purchase requests for supplies and equipment needed for successful execution of events.
