Emotional Support Teacher who started the Emotional Support program in the Primary School during the 2019-2020 school year
Tier 2 Intervention Teacher, led small group PD and pacing guide development between 1st and 2nd grade to ensure consistency and continuity
Collaborated with peers and administrators on various building and district committees: Science Committee, K-12 Social Studies Committee Framework Leader (current), PBIS Leader at UMPS (current)
Mentor teacher to several student teachers
Worked for 4 years in the first fully included co-teaching cohort initiative in Upper Moreland starting in 2009; led professional development sessions for staff at UMPS
Assisted in developing UM Elementary Center's Positive Behavior Support System (PBIS)

HSA president at UMPS from 2013-2015 - organized and led a variety of events for our school community.
