Responsible for making sure all products coming from the Bakehouse are packed according to set specifications and meet all quality standards. Complete all necessary trainings on all equipment necessary to perform daily tasks. Follow all established job specific set up, production, and breakdown procedures as outlined in the Bakehouse policies and procedures. Responsible for keeping clean and maintaining specific job areas (equipment, floors, work tables, desks, offices etc). Must take a proactive approach towards controlling costs by responsible use of all Bakehouse products, supplies and equipment.
