  • Successful CHAPS re-accreditation on the existing hospice and received a zero deficiency accreditation for the company. Zero Deficiency is unheard of and rare.
  • Streamlined patient intake process to enhance administrative efficiency and reduce waiting times.
  • Oversee daily operations of the office. Established efficient workflow processes, monitored daily productivity and implemented modifications to improve overall effectiveness of personnel and activities.

Established efficient workflow processes, monitored daily productivity and implemented modifications to improve overall effectiveness of personnel and activities. Hired, managed, developed and trained staff. AP- monitored/tracked invoice payments in quickbooks allocating to the appropriate code/dept. for end of year tax completion ease.

Patient Intake Coordinator: Accurately entered patient demographics and all pertinent information into the EMR system to ensure billing success.

Durable Medical Equipment/Medical Supply Manager: Oversaw inventory, ordering, distribution and medical supply purchases - ensured company budget was met. Negotiated a new contract equating to a company savings of $35,000 in the first year.
