Throughout my career at 3M, I have been able to learn and operate in many different roles and business markets. I have seen the changing of the guard at least a handful of the times and was able to be agile enough to grow through each era. I’ve had the privilege and honor to work with some of the most talented 3Mers and customers at various levels and places. At this point in my career, I look forward to how I can contribute to 3M as a leader and help guide and grow those and businesses around me. My lens is wide when observing the world around me, but clearly focused on what really matters at the core. I’ve been a lifelong learner and continue to thrive on exploration of the new & potential possibilities that may exist with curiosity, perseverance, and smart work.
