As the name implies. I performed any labor for the general contractor. Whether that be self performing work on the job (work the subcontractor doesn't do), repair or patch up work, demolition and clean up. I'd use either simple tools like brooms, hammers or shovels up to power tools like impact drills and power saws. I'd also operate vehicles like tractors or skytraks.

I operated machinery that would punch screw holes into wood so it could be put together into a frame. I was responsible for maintaining my machine. I was also responsible for getting the material needed.

I worked a deep fryer and it was my responsibility to cook the food in a timely manner. It was also my responsibility to clean my station as well as the kitchen. It was also my duty to clean the grease from the fryer. I was also responsible for stocking up the kitchen.
