- Perform hydro and air test to ensure pipe can withhold specific amounts of pressure
- Observed safe work rules and utilized fall protection and PPE.
- Perform pipe fabrication, installation and fitting according to proper specifications
- Install and connect pipes for high pressure transportation of gases and liquid throughout the chemical plant
- Testing pipe systems for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
- Utilize power tools during fabrication and bolting up process to ensure the proper weld can be made and the connection is secure
- Repair and replace worn or damaged components of piping system
