Additional Information

Throughout my experience I have learned how to complete tasks myself and delegate tasks to others. Being a shift lead helped me grow as a leader. Finding out the skills and weaknesses of your co-workers is important, so you know where to work with them. I have learned that staying aware and understanding will get you further. Being open minded is very important to me as to not close any doors that could lead to better opportunities.

Leadership Experience

Stepping up to be a leader has always come fairly easy but I have also learned how to lead better through my job experience. With my previous experience I have learned how to lead and keep boundaries between work and personal life, how to solve a problem effectively and staying levelheaded, and making sure goals are met by working as a team. Delegating tasks is another important part of leadership that I have gained more experience with. Making sure communication is strong throughout a team is vital to be a leader as well as having creativity to increase efficiency.
