As a barista and learning coach, I provide friendly and efficient customer service, prepare beverages with care, and support team members by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, including preventing cross-contamination. I also assist coworkers with training, and jump on the register as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

As a Customer Service Associate, I assist customers by providing clear information about our pricing, guiding them through their photo selections, and helping them choose the best package based on their needs. I ensure a smooth and supportive experience from initial inquiry to final purchase.

As President and Founder of the Beautification Club at Bell Senior High, I led efforts to improve our campus and community. I encouraged student participation in Bell’s monthly city clean-ups and organized projects, such as planting and maintaining vegetables and flowers on campus. We met every Thursday to care for the garden and keep the space clean and welcoming.
