- I have my own crew, work trailer, & work truck. so i have people that count on me but that's never put any pressure on me giving the fact that if im confident in my work and whats expected of me i can handle it.
- Training my other technicians on the job.
- Social interaction is a big part of this job as well. i have to meet the client when we arrive for the job and verify what we are there to do. then we will start the walk through. they will show me around their home and so i can give a brief description to my crew. when we are finished with the job i will then give the home owners a final walk through to show them how everything works and to see if they're happy with the results.
