Daylin Tharrington

While I worked at WD Tharrington Plumbing & Son some of my job duties were installing new fixtures and repairing old while keeping up with correct measurements and pipe sizes to guarantee a job well done. I also made sure trucks were organized and stocked for future jobs

While I was working at C&C Industrial some of my job duties were framing wooden forms to prepare for concrete pours, installing rebar, assisting crew members while positioning trucks, and utilizing heavy equipment or power tools to complete my tasks. I also made sure my fellow coworkers and I were following OSHA guidelines on a day to day basis.

• Promoted a clean worksite environment by consistently collecting trash, excess materials, and discarded equipment during all phases of construction.

• Installed and maintained fiber and copper cables.
• Made routine inspections of line systems, equipment, tools, and safety gear while identifying potential hazards and expirations dates.
• Operated heavy machinery, including bucket trucks, digger tucks, back yard machines, and mini X's
• Followed all company rules and safety guidelines to minimize work place accidents.
• Made sure all trucks were stocked with correct hardware before the day began.
• Replaced broken and old poles and transferred all existing cables on the pole.
• Hand digging poles and manually screwing anchors down while doing all ground work such as down guys, bond and ground, U guards, hand lining, and pole tags
