  • 2002 I was consider the best soccer player in town and was selected to play in a major League.
  • 2005 I signed my first Professional Contract and was playing as a Captain even though i have other teammates with more experience than me.
  • 2008 I was leading a company with over 100 employees and during 5 years consecutively we increase the profit of the Business around 135% by Creating membership program with over 15.000 thousand Members in all 3 different categories.
  • 2012 This was the biggest accomplishment in my Life, i went to the Hospital to check a headache and was hospitalized for 72 days, I was diagnostic with Steven Johnson Syndrome, My kidney was not working, My Liver needed a immediate Transplant,my bone marrow was not producing defense cells. several times the doctors told my family to be ready and say good bye. its a beautiful Miracle Because Jesus Saved me i lost all my muscles we have Video, Pictures and was in the newspaper but the victory came after 72 days of constant fight. God Choose me there to Make a difference.
  • 2015 I moved to United States with no English experience, the goal was to challenge Myself and i did, i still doing it. in the first 3 years i prepare Myself and analyzed the opportunities. went through all challenges that all immigrant people have to pass. in July 2018 i landed at CTI Group worldwide the Biggest Cruise Line Recruiting agency in the world. and from Account Manager i built my way up really quick. Solid results such as:
  • Increasing the Approval rating of the candidates in many cases 100%
  • increasing the numbers of candidates presented to the clients.
  • creating a relationship between CTI Group and the candidates to better understand how could wee improve theirs Skills.
  • Develop training to all Recruiters from all countries that we have business / Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Vietnam and Malaysia.
  • Create a youtube Channel with videos and Lives to enhance our audience, increase valuation in the Company's image Brand.
  • Develop the business by bringing new partners ( new candidates) so far 5 new partners for recruitments. 2 Hospitality Schools.
  • With these movements we are able to fulfill the Cruise lines Needs and have today almost 20 thousand crew Members Globally.
  • 2020 We work everyday to keep the business alive knowing that the Cruise industry were strongly hit by the pandemic we that working supplying the Industry, we have to vibrate during online events, Creating engagement to maintain the Crew under our portfolio and only now in 2022 starts to get Rewards from the efforts that All reaming Teammates have done.
  • During this time to keep the business Alive we all did whatever it took us and today we can see the results. Good to be leading the Company through hard time and develop new ideas that made the company way more profitable after pandemic.
