As Self Proprietor I call patients from various clinics to see if they would participate in a survey regarding their latest visit. This process is designed to assess internal customer services drivers such as timelines, quality of service, communication and interaction, and other drivers of service.

Employed as a temporary employee for contracts such as Edible Arrangements and the El Paso Voter and Registration Department. Through Edible Arrangements, I worked in the production department preparing food to be packaged and delivered. Through the Voter and Registration Department, I assisted all voters with accepting their submitted votes and storing them for filing and vote counts.

Employed as a Sr. Administrator in the Account Solutions department. Performed such duties as reviewing customer applications, opening new brokerage, retirement, and trust accounts. Perform other duties such as make and receive inbound and outbound calls, creating contact letters to send to clients for them to call us back.

Temporary employee as a Member Services Representative in an inbound call center environment. Performed such duties as receiving inbound calls, answering member emails, discount card fulfillment. Performed other duties as floor walker/ team lead. Became a full-time employee with Datamark through Integrated Human capital.

Family Owned business in cementing, as an appointment setter for prospect customers inquiring about cementing for business or residential locations. Employed in a labor position to help in cementing floors for construction-ready sights. Promoted to Customer Service and Dispatch where appointments were made for estimate consultation and cement delivery.
