Led first-grade classrooms with mastery of the curriculum; supported new teachers in lesson planning and instructional strategies. Collaborated with parents and community members to enhance student learning, and analyzed student performance data to inform targeted instruction and interventions.

Provided coverage for a third-grade Chinese lead teacher and an intervention teacher during their four-month maternity leaves. Delivered Chinese, Math, and Unit of Inquiry instruction, supported small groups and one-on-one sessions for students with IEPs, and assisted in lesson plan development to ensure alignment with curriculum standards and educational goals.
