*Company moved me from the Columbus Location, to the California Location, in October of 2020. I was with the company a total of 8 years.
*Upon on arrival I took over the daily operations of the clothing company account Hurley.
-I was in charge of Hurley from October 2020 to February 2021.
-Upon arrival the total daily output was 1,200-1,500 units. When I handed the account over in February 2021 the total daily output was 15,000-17,000.
*February 2021 I took control Of the receiving of overseas containers.
-Drayage charges of containers at this location in 2020, before my arrival was over 4 million dollars. There was 532 overseas containers onsite, on site for over 3 months.
-I took complete control of overseas containers in February of 2021. In 2021 we had over 2300 overseas container arrive, only 12 saw drayage charge. 99.994% were returned on time.
-Labor was run at a 37% cost. Built the process to be able to run with little of my assistance. Allowing me to focus on customer relations.
*In October of 2014 I was hired to be the Seasonal 2nd shift Supervisor.
* February of 2015 I was promoted to Operations Supervisor of the sporting goods Account Regent Sports. I was this accounts Operations Supervisor from November 2014 to October 2020.
-Mitre was the Accounts biggest brand. It was the solo soccer sporting goods provider for Walmart. There was 10-12 FTL loads shipping a week.
-When I took over this account Loads would take a full day to fulfill. Within 6 months, the account was able to build 3 daily.
-From 2016 to 2020 Regent Sports was Walmart's highest rated sporting goods supplier in accuracy and on time shipments. Mitre shipped at a 98% on accuracy and on time shipment rating.
