JOB OVERVIEW:
The Quality Control Technician will be responsible executing and documenting all aspects of in-plant process and laboratory quality procedures, programs and functions in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position consists of repairing and maintaining all production and facility equipment, new equipment installations, and maintaining established preventative maintenance programs. The candidate must have knowledge of TIG welding, drill press, grinder, cutting torch, plumbing, and industrial refrigeration. Must have the ability to lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis initiatives within the mechanical and production teams. Must be proficient in reading mechanical/electrical prints, pneumatic schematics, and hydraulic schematics, proficient in pipe fitting skills of air, water, hydraulics, and must have good attendance record.
