Overall

• Provide a timely and well-prepared response to scheduled jobs, unplanned jobs, and emergencies.
• Knowledgeable about procedures applicable to TA-55 facilities, as well as the unique approach to those procedures that each facility takes.
• Actively participate in talks about how to handle unordinary jobs, and the special care they may require.
• Aware of instruments used in this position, how to take care of them, and the limitations they possess.
• Encourage and partake in good dialogue about jobs and with coworkers.
• Complete HPAL and RIC runs correctly and in a timely manner.

(CMR) ~ 8 months.

• Completed CMR KSA Card tiers 3/3, with the exception of Hot Cell Entry (due to bioassay), and Sentinel training (scheduling).
• Assisted in revising the CMR RCT Qual Card.
• Led numerous hot jobs as lead RCT.
• Led Level 2 decon efforts.
• Make regular entries into High Contamination Areas to complete weekly RMIs.
• Responded to a multitude of CAM alarms, HFM alarms, and personnel contamination events.
• Assisted contaminated personnel in doffing.
• Reworked and compressed all of Wing 5's digital RMI template folder to allow for easy access and less confusion when accessing files. Also created individual, detailed maps of each room in Wing 5 to allow for more surveys to be documented more accurately.

(RLOUB) ~ 9 months.

• Completed all available KSA card jobs through tier 3.
• Assisted in the completion of RMIs.
• Conducted a radon study on the RLOUB lab area.
• Led hot jobs as the lead RCT.

(RLW) ~ 2 months.

• Completed all available RMIs.
• Found and corrected a deficiency in CAM head tracking.
• Found and deconned contamination in the berthed room.
• Led Level 2 decon twice.
• I found an issue with improper hot job postings.

(PF-4) ~ 2 months.

• Lead the RCT on decontamination and sample out of highly contaminated material.
• Assisted on a multitude of glove changes.
• Assisted with emergency response and escorted the worker to Occmed for a wound count.
• Assisted with unique Tritium surveys.
