Ministry of the Word

• Proclaiming the Gospel and preaching homilies at Mass.
• Catechizing, teaching religious education, and leading Bible studies.
• Directing the RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) process or minor rites.

Ministry of Liturgy (Worship)

• Assisting the main celebrant at the altar during Mass.
• Presiding at Baptisms, witnessing and blessing Marriages.
• Conducting funeral vigils, wakes, committal services, and leading the Liturgy of the Hours.
• Administering Viaticum to the dying and leading Benediction.

Ministry of Charity (Service)

• Visiting and bringing Communion to the sick, elderly, and homebound.
• Providing spiritual support and guidance to those in their final stage of life.
• Assessing homebound individual's need for anointing of the sick and or sacrament of confession.
• Serving populations in need through prison, hospital, or nursing home outreach ministries.
• Coordinating and performing Communion Services at various elder/assisted care facilities.
• Organizing parish resources to support the poor and vulnerable.
• Coordinated with local Pastor to arrange for anointing and confessions.
• Coordinate and performed Communion Services at various elder care facilities.
• Co-founder of parish men’s ministry group called the Jericho Group which allows men to deepen their faith and further their relationships with Jesus Christ, while discerning the greater purpose in their lives in the context of other men of the community.
• Coordinated member volunteers to facilitate discussions.
• Developed and created brochures and announcements explaining the goals of the program.
• Facilitate bi-weekly discussion sessions.
• Spiritual leader and discussion facilitator for the That Man Is You (TMIY) program which honestly addresses the pressures and temptations that men face in our modern culture, especially those relating to their roles as husbands and fathers.
• Lead and facilitated diocesan National Eucharistic Revival Program at my parish.
• Developed and created brochures and announcements explaining the goals of the program.
• Lead group discussions on the various religious topics presented as part of the program.
• Participated in parish youth mission trip to Honduras.
• Supported Director of Religious Education (DRE) in faith formation activities and education of the younger community on the Catholic faith through hands -on teaching and development of catechetical and evangelization materials and resources.
• Developed Usher Ministry materials for parish ministry fair to educate interested individuals on the importance of ushers in parish ministry.
