  • Involved in a hospital wide initiative, where each RN had to submit a proposal to improve patient satisfaction hospital wide, each RN offered there suggestions to nursing unit managers, charge RN’s and nursing administrators.
  • These proposals were accepted and implemented with great success.
  • Each RN annually had to design and submit a proposal to improve all aspects of patient care in order to improve patient care and the most cost effective way of utilizing nursing supplies and equipment thereby saving the hospital funds which could then be used in other areas of the hospital.
