Summary

I've been in the fire service for 30 years, 25 of which have been career firefighting. I've managed to progress from Firefighter/EMT Trainee to the rank of Lieutenant/Paramedic during that time. I've matured as a firefighter, medical provider, trainer, and leader. I hold my crew to the highest standard at all times. I'm aspiring to become a Captain, followed by Battalion Chief, and eventually lead the department into the future. I'll accomplish this through training, quality leadership, and vision.

Shooting, Golf, and Landscape Work

I enjoy spending time at the range, shooting and perfecting my firearms skills. I find it to be quality therapy. I practice safety and preparedness, which boils over into my career. Although I'm not the best golfer in the world, I enjoy the challenge, not to mention it's good exercise. I've recently re-introduced the sport into my life. Landscaping and taking care of my property simply pleases my mind. It gives my a sense of accomplishment and pride in my home.
