Risks that did not have these contracts could be considered for coverage if they had a proven track record of operating a successful business and utilized proper loss control practices.   • Underwrote motor carriers of up to ten power units that operated intrastate or interstate (48 State Long Haul). I worked with motor carriers that hauled a variety of commodities such as new and used autos, building materials, clothing, refrigerated and frozen food, and many others.
