While working in Mold Care, I fixed all small part molds and Hull and Deck molds when they needed repair. I also waxed and prepped parts for the Gel coaters. As the lead, I also documented and prepared a wax schedule and mold maintenance schedule on weekly basis and quality checked all molds after repair. I also spoke with different vendors and ordered supplies for our area.

As an assembler, I helped run four different stations on the assembly line. Assembled different types of fork lift trucks. Conducted quality assurance inspections on finished components and identified issues.

I assisted welders by prepping the part to be welded on. I also use plasma tools to cut steel frames and cleaned parts with grinder. Fetched materials, equipment and tools for welding professionals. Set up and operated shielded metal arc and gas metal arc welding equipment.

As an electronic tech, I handled communications to and from the ship. While out at sea, I informed the ship what types of radar were out and about and also stood watches on RADAR. I also dealt with crypto and held a TOP SECRET SCI clearance.

I packed and shipped motorcycle parts. I also loaded the trucks with all the packages we packed and shipped on a daily basis. Handled inventory control and cycle counting procedures. Inspected incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy and prevent errors.
