I worked at Florida Hospital South as a Unit Secretary for approximately two years. Seeking a new career path, I attended Orlando Vocational School for ten months, where I earned a Dental Assisting certificate.
Following graduation, I worked for a pediatric dentist for six months. Wanting to further develop and maintain the skills I learned in school, I then joined a general dental practice and worked for Dr. G.P. Corum, DDS, for nine years. I truly enjoyed my time working with him and the patients. After the birth of my twins, I chose to step away from the workforce to focus on raising my children. Now that they are older, I am eager to return to work and would welcome the opportunity to contribute in a part-time position.
