I am seeking a position for “Construction Superintendent” (Industrial, hospitality, commercial, restaurant ... I've done it and more)
I have 35+ years of proven education, experience and knowledge of many facets of construction that well over qualifies me for Constriction Superintendent &/ or an executive position. I have OSHA-30, CPR & NCCER CERT and I have traveled 60-100% of 10+ years so travel or relocation can be negotiated.
Looking forward to hearing from you
Repeat history obligations from ALL THE ABOVE and add
Los Angeles State Building- Landcaster, Ca. Demo and re-install for industrial/commercial light fixtures and HVAC system upgrade.
● Installation of 376 light fixtures; 32 VAV’s, 2- compressors, 4- mini-splits and many louvers in building and on rooftop.
● Replace existing with new wire and T-stats throughout build
● Programmed both the lighting and new HVAC systems. ● I had to maintain a night shift as the building serviced clients plus 200 workers without interruption of daily work activity. During this project, I observed existing ductal was compromised and repair/replace was extensive through entire building (size of a 3-block radius). I submitted an RFI and it was excepted and an extra contract was created of T&M for GC
YETI Coolers- San Jose, CA
I handed YETI a top notch build and the client was very happy with the finished project
ALL THE ABOVE
Qdoba Tex-Mex Fresh- Lincoln, NE This job was weeks behind and not built per drawings. The client was unhappy. I was sent to this location to get it back on track and turn it over. 1 week turned into 3 weeks as this build was in worse shape than expected. I personally worked on my tools until I could hire local subs
● Tear out and rebuild a pony wall.
* Paint the entire showroom, sitting areas, bathrooms and hallway.
* remove wall paper (poorly applied)…etc.
● Install kitchen equipment, suppression system, range hood exhaust…etc.
● Hired local subcontractors as needed
● Managed and communicated with clients to assure QA/QC worries while maintaining all other expected and daily progress reports.
VooDoo Doughnuts- Austin, TX.
● Cut out concrete floor replaced all underground waste line/plumbing
● Cut new electrical/ power through parking lot and installed all new 3-phase
● Maintained PPE and a safe and clean environment
● Installed 5 ADA ramps in and outside of building
● Cut existing walls for proper ADA access and egress
● Built trash bin and recycle facility ● Installed state-of-the-art kitchen with all new utilities and equipment ● Installed 3 new RTU units on rooftop In addition to all the above…The plumbing subcontractor left for Thanksgiving holiday and was not going to return until Jan 16th, which was not conducive to my schedule and the inspection date I pre-scheduled. As a result, I personally stayed on site each day of the holiday break to complete the plumbing in wall/ rough in full scope so to be ready for the scheduled inspection, which I personally… Measured, cut, sweat, supported and built the complete plumbing rough-in of PVC, DWV and copper hot and cold plumbing system from finish floor to 8’8” up out of wall. Air tested the copper at 80 PSI and water filled DWV to proper ratio and held it for the rough-in inspection which came on December 5th. I passed inspection without hesitatio
