• 16-hour, in house night shifts at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill with Neonatologist back up from home at a 12 bed, Level 3A with 1700 annual deliveries.
• 24-hour shifts (including call from home) at Piedmont Medical Center in Fort Mill. New Level I Well baby nursery with approx. 300 annual deliveries.
• Attend high risk deliveries and skilled in NRP resuscitation.
• Collaborate with neonatologists to provide the best possible care for infants and their families.
• Educate families and nursing staff on infant care, nutrition, and safety.
• Communicate kindly and effectively with patients, families, staff and colleagues.
• Maintain knowledge of new developments in the field of neonatology.

Lead NNP in a 9-bed Level 2 NICU and busy Level 1 Nursery.

Provided 24-48hr in house coverage with Neonatologist back up from home.

Attended all high risk deliveries.

Managed team of 6 NNPs including recruitment, hiring, scheduling, education, and competencies.

12hr and 24hr in house coverage in a 65 bed Level 3 NICU.

Attended high risk deliveries.

NRP Instructor.

Part time PNP in busy Pediatric GI specialty clinic.

Managed 25-30 patients daily.

Rounded in Level 3 NICU on all GI patients.
