In 2003, I was selected as the WSP Communications Officer of the Year.
In 2009, I was selected to attend the Leadership in Policing leadership training. This was typically reserved for commissioned staff only so it was a great honor to be able to attend.
Between 2008 - 2010, I was designated as the CALEA Accreditation Coordinator. I was successful in leading the team to become accredited.
At the start of COVID I was given the additional tasks of hiring and Records Coordinator.
I have streamlined and created several systems to reduce extra work and to create new and better ways of conducting workflow.
