  • Shortly after being hired, I identified that pay period dates were inaccurate, resulting in hourly employees being compensated for 53 weeks per year rather than the standard 52 weeks. Employees were notified of this issue through official documentation. Subsequently, one paycheck was adjusted to cover a single week instead of the usual biweekly two-week period. Following the issuance of this corrected one-week paycheck, payroll schedules were amended so that employees returned to biweekly payments, ensuring annual compensation aligned with 52 weeks.

Additional Information

I recently took a sabbatical to care for my grown daughter who experienced a health crisis. I knew I would be unable to perform my job duties to the level I expect of myself and care for her at the same time. After 15 months of daily and weekly medical appointments and too many Physicians to mention, she is now on the road to recovery and with the exception of an occasional medical appointment (Quarterly or semi annually), she is doing fine. I am now ready to jump back into the workforce. I have always worked and have always enjoyed keeping busy. I am seeking a position where I can bring my talents to your company and together we can achieve more as a team!

I am available to work any weekday and have no problem working on a special project in the evenings or weekends if needed. Ideally, I would like a HYBRID position that would allow me to work remotely and on-site. If that is not possible, I am open to hearing what you have to offer. I am very negotiable in many ways.
