Answer incoming calls, putting together miscellaneous informational folders, greet clients coming into Valley Elder Care and helping them find their destination. Helping residents with their resident accounts - deposits and withdrawals and updating these transactions and other duties as assigned.

• Duties include determining eligibility for Medicaid including Long-Term Care, Basic Care, and LIHEAP

• Duties include determining eligibility for TANF, Medicaid, Child Care Assistance, SNAP and LIHEAP, preparing and submitting monthly reports, EBT training

• Duties included collection of defaulted loans by telephone, sending correspondence, garnishment of wages
