The owner emails the job sheets to be invoiced. I enter the information on a Excel spreadsheet for each month. I also, prepare the bills for his sub-contractors. I prepare the invoices and send them. I then, prepare the bills for both the companies he does work for and for his sub-contractors. The program he uses is Quick Books. I can use this program a little, but I would not say I'm proficient with it. He works all over the country, so this remote position has worked out very well for me.
