Designed and implemented SAN (Hitachi/EMC) and NAS (NetApp) solutions for internal business units and applications; collaborating across multiple platforms and teams for a seamless customer experience and service delivery.

• Delivered Tier 3 support for SAN/NAS and NetBackup; managed complex troubleshooting scenarios and vendor escalations with NetApp, Brocade, Hitachi, NetBackup and EMC. Analyzed performance metrics and error logs to identify root cause for storage and backup latencies and hardware failures.

• Architected enterprise data protection solution using NetBackup, Data Domain VTL and EMC Avamar for Windows, Linux, and VMware environments over 20,000 servers.
• Established global backup policies, retention schedules, and disaster recovery procedures.
