Duties include identifying location for future meetings, coordinating the meeting and event schedule to accommodate all meeting space needed, compiling and distributing the Annual Meeting Notice in compliance with our by-laws, managing all responses and rooming list. I also help establish the seating for the Awards Dinner. I am also on-site for the entire meeting to coordinate any last minute additions/changes.
  • U.S. Open: Coordinates distribution of event invitations during U.S. Open week. Manages all RSVPs and works on seating arrangements for the Bob Jones Award. Manages the EVIP list for invitations to attend the U.S. Open. That includes managing a hotel rooming list in partnership with the U.S. Open ops team and ordering credentials for the EVIP attending and their guests. Work with Regional Affairs to coordinate ordering championship tickets for committee members and AGAs.
  • Coordinate and maintain gifts given by the Executive Department and Regional Affairs Department. There is a great deal of crossover of recipients between these two departments and I have created inventories and recipient databases to ensure we don't duplicate gifts or recipients.
  • Work in partnership with the Membership/Foundation team for Annual Meeting and championship invitations, gift giving and providing on-site support as needed.
