Summary

I am a hardworking and passionate person . I am a job seeker with strong organizational skills.

I started out working as Direct Childcare worker and was promoted to Crisis counselor and then to a Offenders group facilitator. I left Stetson School as I was recruited by the Principal at CAPS Collaborative (former Principal at Stetson School) to assist with starting a new program assisting students transiting from hospital and residential settings and lock up back to public school. (The program shut down due to lack of funding).

I became a PCA due to my brother becoming blind and have done this for him for 10 years, my daughter is taking over this position.

I changed clientele and started working with developmental delayed clients as a Program manager and in adult foster care. I took a lot of pride in the fact that our house(program) was credited with passing all inspections with flying colors.

I took pride in making sure every client and staff had a reason to smile every day.

I decided to go to work at Banyan Clearbrook Treatment center due to my son in law being and addict. I watched him and the family struggle for years before he went to treatment. He has been sober for 5 years and it was a long, sad, scary journey. I wanted to learn more about addiction and help others.

I take pride as being a energetic, ambitious and highly motivated person who gives a 100 percent of myself with everything I set my mind too. Energetic leader promotes [Number] years of industry experience with superior record of accomplishment. Ambitious and highly motivated [Job Title] surpasses demanding objectives and achieves or exceeds set goals.
