My 31 year professional life spent at one company U.S. Bank started as a Teller and rose throughout the years consistently in the field of Customer Service. There has never been one day that I did not show by my work ethic how grateful I am to this company. I've always found no matter where I am within the Bank my gratitude will always be reflected in my work. Its easy to work for a company you believe in and want to do all you can to make better every day.

September 14, 1992 I started Teller training and was soon assigned to be in a Teller I position. I handled and cashed checks and prepared money orders and Cashiers Checks. I worked also in the drive thru and usually completed 600-700 transactions per day. Was held up by Bank Robber 1993 and decided to move to different position.
Next I moved to a Collection Dept. within U.S. Bank located at the Eastside center collecting on credit cards then we moved to Columbia Center a U.S. Bank Compound where I moved up to collecting on large commercial loans. I prepared late stage accounts for recovery of loan was going to be sent to Recovery. I worked in Collections for 16 years of my 31 year career. TCS Collections was being changed so I posted out to UBank Operations where I was a Reconcilement Specialist I balanced Suspense and Liability accounts as well as the OR/WA ATM transactions against the Armored Car Companies. Then I was moved up to managing calls for our ATM cards. We took calls for replacement and suspicious activity issues. Soon I was lead for the phone group help guide 6 other reps. Then my first Severance was offered as my Dept was moved to Fargo ND. I applied and was accepted to SBLC Small Business Loan Center where I spent 16 years. I immediately was positioned to the collection Team 30-120 days past due side. I loved the work. I collected on commercial loans and excelled at my position and achieved Bonuses quite often. I then was offered to be one of three people to jump start the EWS Team. This Early Warning Team would receive alerts via risk ratings, or customer claiming bankruptcy or the loan agreement was failing. would pro-actively look into the business via LexusNexus, we'd check PACER for any Bankruptcies and check the SOS/Secretary of State status and if any of these had reg flags they were assigned for further action from our Recovery Group aka SAG.
2018 Our downtown location moved to Gresham which created a hardship so I posted out of our dept. to CCS Commercial Customer Service under Ronda Robles. I collected, worked in EWS, helped in preparing CAPES, STARs for Loan renewal purposes. The majority of my experience was in Collections. I am very teachable, I love to be part of a strong team. I'm usually the helper on whatever team I'm on. Where I am now and have been the last 6 years is CCS Commercial Customer Service. I started as a Service Banker then a new department was opened within my department called Credit Reference Services where I worked under Barbara Coleman this is where I am. I perform audits that are submitted to us from Confirmation.com as well as prepare credit inquiries that are sent to us via Bankvod, com as well as work in our shared email box. Then 09-19-2023 notified we are being severed. It is and has always been my goal to work at USB until retirement I feel in at least 5 years. I am one who loves to work.
