My responsibilities consisted of performing a variety of clerical duties that included but not always limited to data entry, typing, composed routine correspondence and letter formation. I also operated standard office equipment such as the copier, fax machine and several other forms of software usage. I assisted with phone coverage activities for counselors, and other receptionist responsibilities. I also provided support for customers and vendor activity in person or via telephone and assisted counselors for follow-up on their clients.
My skills consist of: Word Docs, authorized payments to vendors, faxing, scanning docs, answering phone with accuracy, and spreadsheets
