Recent employment gap is due to my husband's injury; just had his 4th ortho surgery and started PT!
Fell last October; shattered his humerus! Had it corrected a week later, then the hardware had to be removed, got his back fixed and his shoulder replaced four weeks ago. A Vietnam Vet, he nearly lost a leg in Da Nang in 1967, spent a month in traction at the National Naval Medical Center so he's no stranger to pain. He works hard at PT and will be back to normal daily activities (including vacuuming, dusting, laundry and unloading the dishwasher ;-) later this summer or in the fall...
