This was a new business start up for an Electrical Contracting company doing business in the Texas/New Mexico area. This company started with no internal processes and seven employees and grew to 65+ employees and over 90+ in fleet which included heavy equipment, service trucks and bucket trucks.

  • Developed and streamlined office processes by implementing new management software and organizing staff training sessions. This includes time application and training, invoicing to customers , accounts receivable and accounts payable.
