Summary

With over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, I have worked in various medical settings. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in visiting, assessing, and providing care to patients in their homes, as well as conducting telehealth visits by phone. My expertise lies in identifying patient needs and implementing tailored interventions to address those needs effectively. Recently, I have taken on a significant role in educating and coaching patients, families, and caregivers on disease processes and symptom management to improve their overall quality of life. Effectively communicating patients' medical conditions and symptoms to providers is a process that I am highly skilled in and comfortable with. Additionally, I am well-versed in the community resources available and excel at assisting patients in connecting with the appropriate ones. Collaborating with a team of medical professionals to develop comprehensive care plans for individual patients is an area where I have gained valuable experience.
