I've been trained what to do in an emergency on the bus.
I am a substitute bus assistant on special needs school buses. I help the children get to their seats, seat belt, help load wheel chairs, buckled the wheelchair on the bus and seat belt the child. Help any child who may need anything on the bus.
I worked for the visitors center during the summer from 2002 to 2015. June 2015 till June 2020 I worked three days a week year around.
My job included answering the phone, help visitors, reports, distribute visitor materials to local hotels/motels and restaurants, work festivals, run copies, help put the visitors guide together and helped the Chamber of Commerce with their events.
As a teacher assistant I had reading groups, math groups, helped children with all subjects and clerical work. Run copies, put packets together, graded paper and do anything the teacher needed.
When I first started as a teacher assistant, I needed to learn Braille for a blind student. I worked with her for 2 years.
