F/ACT Substance Use /Mental Health Specialist
- Adheres to a “No wrong door” policy and does not deny services to any individual without first consulting a Clinical Coordinator and Director.
- Complete all significant events and incident reports prior to end of shift.
- Protects each patient’s confidentiality within the guidelines of established policy and procedure. Adheres to establish policy and procedures set forth by CBI.
- De-escalate conflicts using approved techniques active listening with emotional or behavioral outbursts.
- Will complete all medical records errors as outlined in CBI policy and procedures.
