I am a retired educator with extensive experience with West Carroll Parish Schools. I am aware of basic operations of the school system having been housed within the School Board Central Office for approximately 10 years during my employment by WCPSB. I feel that my recent experience in substituting in the classroom has been beneficial in that I have seen, firsthand, problems that exist for students, teache0rs, and administrators.
