    During my tenure, I successfully defended and resolved EEOC, Unemployment, and Worker's Compensation claims, which reduced legal costs by 50 percent. In collaboration with outside counsel, contract and employment disputes were successfully managed and settled. Lastly, as Chief People Officer, I strategically aligned human resource functions and processes to ensure compliance with OSHA, contract, and insurance requirements while reducing overhead and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the department.
