In collaboration with outside counsel, contract and employment disputes were successfully managed and settled. Lastly, as Chief People Officer, I strategically aligned human resource functions and processes to ensure compliance with OSHA, contract, and insurance requirements while reducing overhead and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the department.
