Operated three presses simultaneously to maximize production efficiency. Managed over 1,000 molds to support diverse manufacturing needs. Collaborated with team members to maintain equipment and ensure smooth operations.

I’m responsible for reading my directions that come with each mold and filling what it says. I set my transfer and cure times, I can adjust my times depending on how it’s running. I enjoy the work very much.

Some center plates are heavy, some I need to use a screw driver to pry the center plate off of my top press plate. Little muscle works every time.

Cleaned and foamed a window trim for Tesla.

Achieved efficient transportation of pieces to designated areas, ensuring all surfaces were clean and free of glue. Delivered meticulous inspections of finished painted sides, identifying and addressing defects. Executed the retaping process and applied foam to enhance back surfaces. Strategically organized items in appropriate locations. Conducted comprehensive quality checks to guarantee high standards of all parts.
