Having been in the Annuity TPA industry since December 2015, I am in constant search of new opportunities that will expand my knowledge base and skillsets. With a go getter attitude, love for problem solving, and nack for forging long-lasting business relationships, it is my dream to find a "forever home" of employment where I can contribute to something big and where I know my work has a positive impact.

Increased productivity by organizing training based on identified improvement areas.


Pulled data from Incoming work queues multiple times a day, working closely with management to determine Priority of completion.


Maintained the schedule of the processing theam, profiling users as needed to ensure compliance with SLAs cross-client.


Compiled morning and afternoon reports and presented them in Daily meetings with New Business leadership. Identified trends, areas of concern, and discussed projections of incoming financial items relating to New Business.


Worked in the back end of OnBase to ensure the system was working as designed.

Client facing position- working directly with multiple clients to address their concerns, and ensure their escalated items (related to New Business, Post-issue, and Claims) were addressed and completed correctly.


From 2017 until 2023, I have had the pleasure of being a point of contact for various clients in the following order, with some slight overlap between:

Delaware Life Premier team, Global Atlantic BRM (Business Relationship Managers), Kuvare (Gilico, United Life, Sammons), and last but not least, Security Benefit Sales and Upper Management.


In addition to working directly with the clients, various IMOs and Broker Dealers (i.e: Impact Partners, Advisors Excel, Gradient, Quantum) would also send email communication to the designated client inboxes as well.


For items I could not complete myself, I would work closely with Management to ensure the escalation requests would be completed in a timely manor.
