Assisting with day to day operations at the emergency homeless shelter run by Hennepin County. Face to face interactions with with the clients, visitors, and other employees at the shelter. Worked as a Note Taker keeping track of all activities happening at the shelter on a daily basis. Continued working for Primus after they took over the operations.

Started as Lead in the Records Department until the current supervisor retired. Duties included dealing with the public/clients, attorneys, and other agencies to name a few.

Supervised 6 people in the department.

Handled customer complaints, resolved issues, and adjusted policies to meet changing needs. Was a working dispatcher also, so did the daily duties of dispatching.
