After serving on the Alpharetta, Georgia City Council for nine years, I decided to return to school, resulting in my earning an Associate degree in Psychology, Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Social Work degree. Upon completing my degrees, I provided caregiver assistance to a family member.
I was hired in 2020 by the Georgia Department of Public Health as part of their Covid 19 Response Team. I performed multiple tasks during my employment, including client interviews, contact tracing, case investigation, resource point of contact, employee training, data analysis and quality assessments of both contact tracers and case investigators. Grant funding for the Response Team was withdrawn in March 2025.
I am interested in continuing to work remotely. I have the ability to work efficiently with very little supervision while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. I have exceptional organizational skills plus the ability to manage multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy. I am known for building consensus and finding solutions for complex issues.
