Residence for retired IHM sisters which included assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing. Provided nursing care to 30+ residents while maintaining the safety, dignity and respect of residents. Assessing residents daily for change in condition.

Performed wound care, trach care, feeding tubes, administered medications as per Dr's orders. Supervision of CNA's working together as a team to provide the best possible care in a timely manner.

Worked with a team of 8 nurses, 6 Physicians and 2 PA's to provide proper work flow for providers and excellent care for 30 + patients daily.

Went to company meetings bimonthly to meet with all the other family clinics as our clinic educator. Then educated our team to new policies and procedures and implemented them to continue to make patient experiences better. Work flow included vital signs, EKG's, Immunizations, breathing treatments, short procedures assisting providers and sterilizations.
